The CEE Announcement List is a low-volume mailing list that is used by MITRE to provide news and CEE-related updates. For those interested in participating in a more technical discussion regarding the event logs and the CEE standard, it is recommended that you visit the CEE Discussion List archives.

CEE standardizes the way computer events are described, logged, and exchanged. By using CEE’s common language and syntax, enterprise-wide log management, correlation, aggregation, auditing, and incident handling can be performed more efficiently and produce better results than was possible prior to CEE.
