CAS 3.2.1 RC2

All,

We've put out a new RC for CAS 3.2.1:
http://www.jasig.org/products/cas/downloads/

There's one outstanding issue that we're not sure will get fixed for CAS 3.2.1 (due to not really knowing how to fix it ;-)).    If people can help us test this out we can have the 3.2.1 final out by the end of the week (hopefully!)
