I program microchip dsPIC33 chip to receive can message from the car with CAN module on the chip, it works well if I power the chip and the CAN bus of the car at the same time, the CAN module receive message as what I expected.
However, if I press reset botton on the board of the chip, the module stop receive the message. After check all the configurations of the module, like the baud rate, interrupt and etc, there are no errors, this can be confirmed by sending CAN message through the 2nd module of the chip to the same receiving module, no matter I press the reset botton or not, the module receive the message for any case!!
Could any one know what will be the reason to cause this?
