Building for Earlier versions

Hey all,

I must be missing something, but I'm trying to build for earlier
versions of OS X, potentially going back as far 10.2, which seems
reasonable based on the README in the macosx/ directory. Is it because
I'm building Universal and that doesn't translate back?  I feel like
I'm missing something, but I'm not terribly familiar with building on
OS X, so I can't quite put my finger on it.

Any general advice or help is appreciated.

D

Damon,

Daniel can chime in here, but I think, in general, that 10.2 isn't
really supported anymore. It certainly wouldn't be supported by
universal binaries. 10.3.9 is kind of the line of demarcation for older
systems, because that's the oldest system that supports the universal
binary (PPC/Intel) structure. I'd target 10.3.9.
