Build server broken?

Hi all,

It seems the build server is a bit broken: it has to many open files. I just wanted to download the latest 1.5 snapshot when I saw the error.

Small question btw: is the 1.0.3 snapshot the same as the 1.1 snapshot (which I couldn't find) ?
