Bugs in libwbxml

Hi,

just for your information ...

libsyncml uses libwbxml for the conversion of XML/WBXML. I discovered
some bugs in libwbxml which cause error messages like:

String Table generation disabled: can't encode Literal

The bug report includes a patch.
