Bug#486305: qa.debian.org: PTS subscription to package phpgroupware can't find it as source package

Package: qa.debian.org
Severity: normal

I subscribed to package phpgroupware from
http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/phpgroupware.html.

I received this email from owner@... :

Processing commands for pts@...:

phpgroupware is neither a source package nor a binary package.
It may be a 'pseudo package' or a mistake...

A confirmation mail has been sent to oberger@....

What's strange is that phpgroupware is a source package...

Still, I received the subscription confirmation email, so I suppose that
I'll be subscribed when I respond to the CONFIRM message anyway.

There must be something wrong with the PTS identifying source packages
here.

Best regards,

And it's related to the fact that merkel.debian.org is unreachable and a
bug in the script downloading data replaced the list of sources by an empty
file.

I put an old copy in place for now.
