| RM: libtritonus-java [alpha hppa] -- RoM: no java any more

We already do this, but so far failed to parse RM bugs with [arch]
tags. Fixed in svn. (The PTS will display a big fat warning WILL BE
REMOVED FROM UNSTABLE for these RM bugs, but imho that's a corner case
we don't necessarily need to cover.)
