Broken logins on semantic-mediawiki.org

As some of you noticed, I still did not find any time to re-import the user
accounts on semantic-mediawiki.org. Currently, only one admin account exists.
All apologies to contributors ... I will do my best to fix that during this
week.

OK, user tables were migrated. All existing logins should again work now.
