I am disappointed that your Council has turned their back on both DBA and AWCC.  As you are aware we are vehemently opposed to any premium payment based on size apart from length as there is no justification for such a charge. In an ideal world, the charges would be by boat and unaffected by length.  

We will continue to oppose increased charges for continuous cruisers.
