BitBake vs g++

Hi,

 

I have a Verdex Gumstix and cpp 2 programs.

 

I know that there are two possibilities to compile this type of programs.

 

    1. Using Buildroot and a Patch to do that Buildroot compile with glibc, becouse in default buildroot compile with uclibc.

   

    2. Using BitBake that compile by default with glibc.

 

With the second option, I create bbFile and in do_compile function there are a CC variable.

I need that the compiler of BitBake to be g++.

 

Is the g++ compiler the default optin in BitBkae?

 

If the answear is NO, how I can change de BitBake configuration to use g++ compiler ?
