Bird traps?

Okay, nothing big here, but has anyone noticed the labyrinth of wires above us which deters most birds from making and accurate approach to the dog bowl, our main eating area? I just spotted them on Wednesday.

They weren't there during my freshman year, and we had something commonly referred to as the crow and seagull wars. They would literally snatch food out of your hand if you weren't paying attention. Trust me, the wires are a good thing.

Hahaha I remember that.  I also remember hardly ever going into the dog bowl for that exact reason.

Yeah, that was the year of spicy chicken sandwiches and you wearing Christian shirts. *remembers this*

Oh my god, that must have sucked. Like go to put a chicken thing in your mouth and have a bird snatch it.

More like french fries, but yeah.

I wouldn't have to worry about them eating my food because on the rare occasions I remember to bring food Sola and I eat it during 2nd per. on B days and 3rd on A days.

Lucky duck. I actually miss the school food. At least it was predictable.

Pradictable it will  be crap. Some of the stuff they call food.......it makes me scared.....

At least you're not hoping for something half-way decent. I'm constantly disappointed. I mean, how hard is it to get a damn chilly dog right? *glares off into the distance*

This is treu. All the good food is in Chicago. I remember a place where you could get like a foot long italian beef loaded with cheese for only like $4.30

I've never been to Chicago. *adds to list of places to see*

well be careful where you go. Some parts are horrible. But there is definitely good food there. There are 2 really good sushi places up there, Kyoto's in Lumbard I think and Blue Fish in Chicago. Great food....mmm. I miss is so much
