   195, 236, 265, 308, 313, 314, 315, 316, 318, 320, 323, 326
326 is only accepted modulo the "-stride" modification. (318 is a close
squeak, being 4-2.)

The following TIPs are rejected:
   240, 252, 312

I'll sort out a full report (including analysis of failures) when I
update the website, which will have to be next week alas. If anyone
wants to cook those TIPs further, please be my guest.

OK, the rejection reasoning:

  #240: Not quite there yet. (Can we fix this in time?)
  #252: Unnecessary. Some disagreement over whether the categorization
        was correct.
  #312: Not quite right. Some underspecification and surprising
        consequences. Some crucial information was lost during editing
        before vote. (Can we fix this in time?)

Because the NOs said that #240 and #312 are fixable, I'll move them back
to Draft. #252 was a clear rejection.
