Better include Jack in PortAudio

Hi,

I'm currently working on Jack with Stephane Letz at Grame, and i'm
cleaning the project for windows.
I'm wondering if it could be possible to add the 'Jack Router' to the
current 'blacklisted' asio devices.
Jack needs to scan the ASIO devices before to launch, and if its own
device isn't 'blacklisted', 'Jack Router' will try to load itself...

I've just made a patch to add this (it's just one new line in pa_asio.cpp).

Adding this will allow the use of a classical portaudio.dll in jack, no
need to recompile it especially for jack.
I don't know where to post, i think the mailing list is the right place...
