Better Web Addresses

Is there a way to change the web address for my forum. The usage of the forum title is to long and not easy to remember for people that I want to visit the forum.

The forum name in your URL is kept there intentionally for search engine benefits. For example, if there are people searching for "international business survival", they are more likely to find your forum if you have the keywords in the URL, and they are probably the best audience and contributor to your forum.
