Best option for going from 1.13 to 1.13.1

Hello,

I'm currently running version 1.13 on a site that's on shared hosting (I
lack root/shell access). I've read through the Upgrade guide, but I'm unsure
of what the best alternative method is.

* Upload the files for 1.13.1 into a new directory
* Move LocalSettings.php and images from the old directory into the new
directory
* Move the old directory away to some backup location
* Move the new directory to where the old directory was.

There's no need to run any upgrade scripts for a minor upgrade such as
1.13.0 to 1.13.1.
