Baseline setup for FindBugs and eclipse

Hi,

 

I would like my team to start using FindBugs, but I can't figure out how to use filters as baseline for a project. I tried to generate a filter using the FindBugs GUI, and use it in Eclipse, but it didn't work – All the baseline bugs were indeed ignored, but new bugs (which I intentionally created) were not reported.
