Hi Folks I am using banshee and it works pretty well, the only problem is that it does not index rm files. So it does not play them by default as well(when random songs from library are being played one by one) although it plays single song when opened with it. Any ideas to solve this problem? Here is the output under "error" heading when I scanned my local folder for media files. http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/2766/screenshotqt6.png plz see screen shot on above link. Regards

I don't have any Real media files, but do they play in Totem? It could be a codec problem.

And this appears to be a tag/Taglib# problem. Not sure about that.

Yeah it is played in totem and even in banshee. But banshee DOES NOT INDEX THESE FILES IN LIBRARY. So does it relates to banshee or something else package's problem? I am asking so I may file a bug.
Regards

Oh, I'm sorry, I misread your problem. Sounds like a problem in Taglib#. You can file a bug here: http://forum.taglib-sharp.com/viewforum.php?f=5
