So the Azure system is a modification of a copy of an old design?  
That's almost like buying a Lada because it was based on a Fiat 124.

So? Toyota 4Runner is based on their light truck chassy too, does that
bother anyone? Every iteration (copying with modifying/improving along)
of anything manufactured, not only cars, naturally is based on previous
years' models - own or sometimes someone else's.
