Automatic email for blocked accounts not working

Dear All,

eGW has a function to notify an Admin when an account has been blocked automatically per email.

Although I have entered an email address in the menu "Site configuration" an email is not send.

Would anyone know further?

Probably your mail log ;-)

If there's noting in, I would strongly suspect your email config.

Thanks!  I'm receiving the notifications for the calendar and the infolog.  

Would the notification for the blocked accounts require additional settings or settings somewhere else?

No, only a valid email in Admin >> Site configuratoin

Triple checked the email-address, it should be fine...  Would there be other possibilities?  

The error log of eGW is free.  Checking the installation brings up  "Checking PEAR::Net_IMAP is installed: False"

Does the access log (Admin >> Accesslog) shows the blocked account and
the previous wrong passwords?

Does the mail configuration in Setup >» Configuration is correct (not
talking about emailadmin, as that's a separate config which should be in
sync, but you never know and that might be the problem)?

Thanks for the tip!  The field "Mail domain (for Virtual mail manager)" was left empty - now it works!
