Assign tasks to users in any group

I have three people set in the admin group, and 1 in the Basic group.
but under the list of people to whom I can assign a task i only see
the names in the admin group. We need to be able  to assign tasks to
any and all users... how can we do that?

You can set a permission for each group so that the users show up in the list.

Got, Advanced --> Status:All Closed Tasks --> click "Search this project
for" and viola.. they appear
