Deal All:

I creat a new CA named MyCA which is Self Signed but not signed by the default AdminCA1. Then I add an end entity to MyCA, a "Request have been sent for approval" message showed up. Then I open the page of "Approve Actions", and try to approve the request. Then a "Error: One administrator can only process a request once. " message showed up.

I am confused. I am processing one request once. what does it mean. how to deal with it?

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Nancy

Hi Nancy,

If you activated approvals for this (or any other action) the same user
that initiated the action cannot approve it. So either uncheck the
approval-event, by Ctrl-clicking it when editing the CA or create
another administrator that can approve your initiated action.

Best Regards,
Johan Eklund
