Applying rules to new elements

Hello all,

Anyone working on applying rules to specific elements?

I have been using cssQuery for a while now and it uses a handy method
whereby you can search for elements from a given reference element.
This is real handy when you have added elements to the DOM.

Is anyone adding to this script?
