Location:       Santa Clara, California, United States

Description:

We are seeking an Application Security Architect who is passionate about security and thrives in a team environment. This key role has overall responsibility for the security of LiveOps applications and products, and will report directly to the CISO.

This position will perform secure code reviews, design secure products and architectures, perform penetration testing, define secure coding standards, and lead application security awareness programs.

This role will work closely with engineering and products teams to design and implement security-related systems and functionality, including writing secure code as necessary.

Responsibilities:

   * Overall responsibility for technical security posture from an applications and architectural perspective
   * Consult with Engineering, Development, Product groups on technical security issues
   * Lead cross-functional teams and drive discovery and interpretation of security requirements
   * Conduct in-house vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code-reviews on LiveOps software products
   * Design and implement security-related systems and functionality
   * Evangelize security principles through engineering and drive adoption of best practices




JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

   * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
   * 5+ years of technical experience in software coding, development and design, and 2+ years working in a security-related position as part of a Product Dev/Engineering group
   * Possess strong programming background
   * Demonstrated experience and knowledge of secure multi-tier architectures
   * Experience in secure application programming, coding life cycles and designs
   * Knowledge of software and network architecture and standards
   * Expertise in manual and/or automated secure code reviews
   * Expertise in vulnerability assessments and lead resolutions of any security findings
   * Experience in a variety of programming languages (Java, C/C++, perl, etc) a plus.
   * Possess strong knowledge of encryption technologies and secure storage
   * Understanding of security principles, best practices architectures, tools and processes
   * Ability to communicate security objectives orally and in writing to a variety of audiences
   * Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner and collaboratively as a team leader or member; ability to create and implement detailed action plans
    * Ability to understand business drivers and priorities, and integrate these requirements into overall security design
