Announce RRDtool 1.2.15

I have released RRDtool 1.2.15

Features:

* server: pwd command
* graph: [G]PRINT can access the time part of VDEF values
* make DNAN, DINF faster by caching the result of the first
  calculation
* graph: improved scaling for logarithmic mode

Fixes:

* server: no more directory handle leakage when runnin ls
  in rrdtool server mode
* graph: make :STEP work in DEF lines
* netware/win32 Makefile fixes
* rrdtool.spec rpm building updated
* python bindings: module name fixed
* graph: label spacing fixed
* configure: test gcc flags one by one
* undeprecate HRULE
* rpn: allow DS names starting with the same letters as operators
* rpath handling for AIX added to perlbindings
* create: don't crash if the user does not spec the filename
* graph: fix some corner cases in legend spacing
* tcl bindings: fewer gcc warnings
* tcl bindings: fixed install directory
* python bindings: fixed install directory
* graph: don't crash while reporting errors in CDEF
