Anchor FragmentsI was pondering adding support for a "fragment" attribute in the Url Builder stuff so it could create URL's of the form /Controller/Action?querystring#fragment Is this something that anyone else would be interested in? If so I'll submit a patch, otherwise I'll just write something just for me and move on. If a patch is wanted, is there a coding standards doc online?
