Hello,

After talking with some other XCSoar users of my flying club, we found that the colour of the airspace warning box is not very readable, especially through sunglasses. It is now a RED background with BLACK letters. It would be good for safety that this colour could be changed in a setup menu.
Thanks for looking into this issue and happy landings

Jozef

Hi Jozef

In Configuration you can change the colour and/or the pattern, and outline. Personally I fly with no colour or pattern, just a black outline.

David, Jozef

I think the problem being referred to is the airspace Warning box.  I agree that this is virtually unreadable on a PDA.  It is my understanding that this problem is acknowledged and may be addressed in a future version.

Cheers

Keith

Hello,

Is this topic still on the 'todo" list of the developers?

Thanks and kind regards,
Jozef

It isn't --- I'd let this one slip past.

To ensure that things are dealt with, please submit the request to the
bug tracker available from the xcsoar.org website.

Recent changes to XCSoar have improved the readability of the airspace
warning box but further improvement is possible.
