Aida/Scribo

Dear all,

Aida/Scribo code is now accessible on the squeaksource repository by
everyone:

http://mc.bioskop.fr/Scribo and http://mc.bioskop.fr/ScriboPlugins

There are still some few bugs (attachments don't work for example), and
some things should probably be improved, but it globaly works fine.

Next step now is to track bugs and to prepare a release, for both Squeak
and VisualWorks.

Any comment, critic or suggestion is welcome.
