Advanced edit/Search edit list - purpose of "Voter: Any"

I never quite understood the purpose of "Voter: Any" shouldn't it just say "You" or your mb user name? That seems to be the only way
to use that filter. Hitting "Clear Filter" serves the same purpose.

It would be nice to be able to use it As Stated, Any(body). For example to look at Votes cast for a particular Artist by (Any) All People, or use it to look at Votes cast by (Any) All Others to a particular Editor.
