Advanced Column Sorting in Excel 2003
Hi,
I am having difficulty sorting columns. How is it possible to sort data across multiple columns in Excel 2003.
For example, I have 7 columns from A to G that contain company names and each column contains part of the name as below.
Column A
TelePros
Columns A & B & C
Addilex Press Group
Columns A,B,C,D
Advanced Financial Group Inc
Columns A + B
BKJM LLC
Columns A, B,C,D,E,F,G
Boardwalk Hospital Partners Gulf South District Inc
etc, etc
In this example above, I would like to sort by those cells containing single names first (Col A) and then those containing 2 names (col A, B) and then 3 names in columns A, B & C etc, etc.
Please can you help.
Thank You,
Brad
