Admin username/password not working

I just installed ver. 4.0.3 on a Windows server with IIS and SQL Server.  It seems like the install worked properly...I see the default mollio home page.  However, when I try to go to the admin page (http://127.0.0.1/farcry/) the default username/password of farcry/farcry doesn't work.  I get a 401.1, "you are not authorized to view this page" error.  Anyone know how to fix this?
