Add 'moderation' options for forms

For corporate applications it might be useful to enable moderation for forums. Essentially this could give the owner the option to approve or deny posts before they make it to the forms. Owners could be alerted via email when new posts are submitted to the forum.

Thanks for the suggestion. If more users ask for it, then we'll consider. But personally, I would never post to forum that requires approval to even show my post.
