API CS20 alipm(4) errorI just installed OpenBSD/alpha 4.1 on the API Networks CS20 Dual 833
MHz Alpha machine that arrived this week. On the first bootup with GENERIC, I had hundreds of errors stating the following: alipm0: timeout st 0x0 These kept repeating a few hundred times and then something else in the boot process would load and then hundreds more. When logged in through ssh I don't see the error but I experience pauses of a second or so every few seconds. Using UKC to disable alipm(4) corrects the problem but I thought it was worth while to point this error out. This is also the case with 4.1-stable. The dmesg follows but with alipm(4) disabled. The only thing listed in the dmesg with alipm(4) enabled is the above error. Bryan Unrecognized boot flag '0'. That error only showed up once so far. I think my make build was successful. I'll know as soon as I get to the office. Bryan |

I don't know. My -stable build finished without issue and I am building -release right now. So far, so good. That error only showed up in that one dmesg that I sent. I had not seen it before or after. No signs of it through the whole build last night either. Bryan |
