ANN: xfce4-screenshooter-plugin version 1.3.0 released

Hello,

This release mainly aims at improving the utility. Three CLI options
have been added:
- do not show the save dialog
- set a default save folder
- set a custom save folder

The code has been cleaned up, this limits the duplication between the
plugin and the executable. When using the plugin with "No save dialog",
files should now always be saved in the correct place.

I would like to thank all the translators who have done a really good
job for this release !
