ANN: ethreads relesase

Hello,

I'm pleased to announce a new release of 'ethreads',  small codes for multi-thread
programming. This library has
- extended Threads.Event module.
- threadless ivar and mvar, inter-thread shared variable.
- mailbox(queue), broadcast channel, timeout, meta-RPC.
I believe these features are necessary for channel passing style multi-thread
programming with OCaml.
