94 XV1100 starter clutch

Does anybody know where I can buy a rebuilt starter clutch. All the ones I'm finding on the internet for new are over $200.00. I was hoping to get by a little cheaper.

I ended up buying a starter clutch from www.boats.net. I replaced the idler gear with one from 1996, the one without the spring. I also replaced the starter clutch because it wasn't always engaging. Put about $330.00 worth of parts in and my own time. Now the bike starts and runs like a dream. Never have done this type of work myself. There is a video on the net of someone replacing these. That is what I followed and had no problems what so ever.

hi i'm not very technical but gimme a pic of what yer looking for and i'll no doubt have a spare i have a shed load as i'm always going through up grades and buying bits for a rainy day,got probs with mine so gonna try a whole new starter tomorrow i have 2 or 3 spare from engines i've bought, and it's raining here
