5.6.54 (and 5.6.53) build failures on hppa

Hi,

I'm seeing some build failures on the HPPA architecture under Debian with SWI
5.6.54 and 5.6.53. (I recall that .54 was intended to fix some portability
problems with big-endian architectures that were introduced in 5.6.53.)

The build logs are available[0] (the text in the "Latest Build State"
column is a link to the log). If it helps, we maintain a brief rundown of
our various architectures on our wiki[1].
