I've built a candidate tarball at
ftp://66.92.65.9/pub/gutenprint-5.2.0-beta4.tar.bz2. I would like to
get this out ASAP.
Mike: this includes your most recent commits. I've changed the base
parameters for the CX8400 to match the CX7800, which is what people
claim works. If you want to look at the tuning, go ahead.
Matt: please check that this tarball compiles on OS X.
