4D Internet Tools -11004 Error

I've been having a lot of emails (maybe 2-3%) rejected lately because of a
-11004 error.

Per the docs, this error means "Name supplied was valid but no information
of the requested type is in the database" - but this isn't very helpful to
me.

Anyone know what "Name supplied" refers to and "information of the
requested type" is, or what "in the database" refers to, in this
definintion?

Again, most emails are going through, but suddenly 2-3% are being rejected.
Almost all the emails are going to the same place, so I think it must be an
SMTP server availability problem but I can't really tell from this message.
