1980 honda 750 cb quad

Need help, 2  + 3 plugs not firing, switch the coils and wires, checked the ohms for the pulser, when I unplug the ignitor for 2-3 it keeps running and if I switch the ignitors it keeps running  only on the 1 + 4
plug. Checked yellow wire from ignitor plug to coil its OK, have 12 v at the blue wire ignitor connector.
What am I missing? Have extra ignitors and coils could this be a bad pulser:
