100% width iframe horizontal scrollbar in layout center

I have an iframe in the layout center with a width set to 100% but
there is a horizontal scrollbar. The iframe content does not seem to
adjust to the layout center width. I looked for posts on this but
could not find any (?). How can I fix it ?
See http://mcworks.ovh.org/page_layout_source5.html .

Thanks,
MC

The document inside the iframe "may" not change size with the iframe. It depends on the content..

What you can do it turn off scrolling in the Layout Manager on the Unit, then have the iFrame scroll instead..

I agree that the content within the iframe may not resize but I am
using the yahoo home page which does resize. I tried with other sites
as well. I believe this is something with the layout. I noticed that
there is no such problem if the iframe is within a tab content (the
tabview being in the layout center). Could it be because the iframe
"is not given" the (actual) center wireframe width?

Thanks,
MC
