0.3.9 LPK patch release

Hi all,

OpenSSH-LPK 0.3.9 is now released. This will be the last release from
the current codebase as we are now seeking to re-write the code in such
a way that it can be accepted upstream.

This update applies against OpenSSH 4.6p1.

It includes the following changes:

* Fix a memory leak. Noticed by Michael Hanselmann.
* Fix a potentional LDAP Filter injection if a username has strange
  characters in it [()*]. Noticed by Michael Hanselmann.
