[vysper] rfc compliant compile errors

Hi Gerolf,

I am currently getting compile errors from missing annotation 'status'
fields. Unless you jump in in the next couple of minutes, I will add
PARTIALs everywhere as an intermediate fix.
If this needs another solution I will be happy to rollback my changes later.
