[vfs] Nightly builds

To obtain the Commons VFS source ... Download a nightly source snapshot from

http://people.apache.org/builds/commons/nightly/commons-vfs/

But there's nothing in the list more recent than July 2007. Why?

The nightly builds are broken/not running.
