We've been unable to access (co, update, commit, etc) svn repositories at
any sourceforge project from Watson machines since the middle of the day on
July 1. As a result the ppc32-aix and ppc64-aix regression tests are not
happening. It's not clear if the problem is due to changes at sourceforge
or at IBM so it may take a while to resolve. Please be conservative about
making any changes that could impact 64 bit platforms and/or ppc-specific
changes until we can get this problem resolved.
