A gentle reminder that we are supposed to run the pre-commit test run
before every commit. There have been several build breakages in the last
few days that would have been detected before the change was committed if
pre-commit was actually run. One of them cost us our full sanity run,
which we are now only doing every 48 hours due to the length of the tests
and limited machine resources.
