[other] user tasks

Here I go again... :)  I'm not seeing the user tasks module in 6.0 FCS.
 This is going to go in, isn't it?

Hello Glenn,

   unfortunately there were some problems with TaskList modules (#122599) which Tim finally fixed during the past weekend. I have already asked for staging of the modules and if everything goes right you will be able to download and install it tomorrow.

I have good news: the UserTasks module(s) are available on the NetBeans Update Center!
