Would you please make suggested features public too.

I am very interested to see what features people have requested. Perhaps
we can have another vote for most wanted features on netbeans web site.

I will appreciate if you can provide them again.

Mac

Hello Siamak,

makes sense. It is available here:
http://qa.netbeans.org/processes/cat/60/results/features.html

Besides, top voted features are here:
http://qa.netbeans.org/bugzilla/dashboards/top-voted.html

Hope this helps,
-Jirka

And I have now added a 10th vote for issue
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=46886.  In note hat this is
linked to "More complete Java EE freeform projects"
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=89477.

This linked issue includes the comment "Removing plan61 - only small UI
improvements are planned in the web freeform area".

Is this really true?  To my mind this is now the area where NetBeans is at its
weakest.  I know that it stops other Java developers in my company even
looking at NetBeans.  Surely it has to be on the roadmap somewhere?  Am I
right that free-form projects are the area that evangelists keep reporting as
a problem area?  I personally have many thoughts about how I would like it to
work that would make my MyEclipse-based colleagues re-think their IDE of
choice...

It's damn good to know that I'm not the only one who wants native Groovy Support :)

It's curious that Android support was widely suggested. So, I'm not
alone on thinking it would be a nice feature.
