Hello folks,

I am glad to announce that final CAT points were counted and published [1]. I apologize for the delay but I had to resolve several urgent Update Center publishing requests first.

Now, let me announce our winners! :-) I think it's actually not any surprise for those of you who monitored NetCAT communication channels regularly. So, I am happy to congratulate to the following 3 NetCAT participants:

   1. Jacek Laskowski, Poland (513 CAT points)
   2. Daniel Sheppard, United Kingdom (326 CAT points)
   3. Tetsu Soh, Japan (317 CAT points)

Really good job guys! You deserve some extra award and I will contact you privately later this week.

Besides, everybody who collected 20 CAT points and more is entitled to receiving NetCAT gifts from us. :-) If you belong to this group, please send me _privately_ your postal address so that I know where to send the reward and your preferred size of the t-shirt: S, M, L, XL or XXL.

Jirka,
Please, nothing for me.  I am a US federal employee, it is a potential
violation of federal ethics for me to accept anything.  I am honored to
have been put in as one of the second round participants.  What an
education, this whole experience!  Thank you, I hope you and I can work
together again.

Best regards,

Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems)

Hi Jiri,

I just noticed that, on the participants list, the "Taiwan" is list in the
"Country" column.
Obviously, it is absolutely mistake.

I think the "Country" column should be change to "Country/Region".
NetCAT is a globally activity. So we should follow the international usage.

Thanks,
Tetsu

My address:

Darrin Smith

If the XL is a 50 inch chest, then make it an XL.  If it is only a 48, then make it a XXL.  If in doubt, make it a XXL.

Thanks!

Hi Jirka et al,

Yay! I'm the winner. I'm really grateful I could work in this team and
make NetBeans IDE 6 slightly better. I learnt a lot. Thanks!

Yes, with NetCAT 6.0 we decided to introduce this new category because of replacements in the middle of the program. It wouldn't certainly be fair for those who joined the team later since they couldn't earn so many CAT points as participants who worked from the beginning.
