 It has been 2 or 3 months now that when I select one of the results from
 the AJAX lookup tool, my browser goes to the top of the page (when I click
 on Lookup button it's OK, it's when I click one result that it does this).

 The correct value is selected, this is just annoying to have to re-scroll
 where I was before, especially if I use the Lookup feature on each artist
 of a VA release.

 Before that, with the initial version of this feature, I did not have the
 problem.

 I use Opera with either Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

 I suspect you updated Opera a few months ago. :) This specific behaviour
 has been occurring in versions of 9.5 for as long as I can remember, so
 it's not something that changed in the MusicBrainz code.

 I did ask luks about it ages ago though and he said he knew how to fix it,
 but I don't know if he's got round to it yet or not.

 Oh you must be right and that is probably why I did not open a ticket at
 that time.
 Now enough time passed for me to forget that and create a ticket.
